The three centers of R&D, manufacturing, and marketing work closely together to reasonably arrange production plans around market changes and customer needs, improve homogeneous and stable manufacturing capabilities, and enhance the moat advantage of “cost + quality”. The manufacturing center should ensure that the Binjiang dialysis fluid workshop reaches production standards and the relocation of Xiaolan dialysis fluid is completed smoothly; the marketing center should further increase its efforts to expand the market and ensure the efficient use of new production resources and production capacity. The three centers work together to ensure the stability of the process and quality of new products such as wet membrane dialyzers, hemodialysis filters, and prefilled catheter flushers, quickly realize large-scale mass production and sales of new products, and increase the revenue and profit contribution of new products.
The dialysis membrane project team should keep in mind the mission and vision of “improving the quality of life of patients”, thoroughly solve the current pain points through technical research and process optimization, continue to monitor and analyze membrane-related parameters and improve performance, and build a solid core competitiveness of dialysis membranes. The Finance Department should continue to do a good job in the cost-benefit analysis of dialysis membrane spinning lines, assist the production department to find cost improvement space in a timely manner, and achieve effective control of product due costs.
